ABOUT US
The Mr. Charles I S.E.R.V.E. Global Foundation was established by Apostle Arlethia Dupree-Jones to honor the enduring legacy of her uncle Mr. Charles Dupree. He was a natural born servant committed to empowering others. "I S.E.R.V.E." is foundationally rooted in the attributes of Mr. Charles.
Submit- To submit means to willingly align our hearts, actions, and resources with a purpose greater than ourselves. Within the foundation, submission reflects humility, servant leadership, and accountability—placing community needs above personal gain. We submit to ethical principles, shared vision, and responsible stewardship, recognizing that true leadership begins with listening, learning, and serving.
Encourage- To encourage is to inspire hope, confidence, and resilience in others. The foundation encourages individuals and families by affirming their potential, providing guidance, and creating opportunities for growth. Through compassion and support, we uplift voices, restore dignity, and motivate communities to believe in their ability to overcome challenges and shape a brighter future.
Respect- To respect is to honor the inherent worth, dignity, and diversity of every person. The foundation practices respect by fostering inclusive environments, valuing cultural differences, and engaging communities with empathy and fairness. Respect guides our interactions, partnerships, and decision-making, ensuring that every individual is seen, heard, and treated with integrity.
Value- To value means to recognize and invest in the potential, contributions, and well-being of people and communities. The foundation values education, leadership, service, and collaboration as essential tools for transformation. By valuing people over problems and purpose over profit, we commit to nurturing sustainable growth and long-term impact.
Execute- To execute is to transform vision into action with excellence, consistency, and accountability. The foundation executes by implementing strategic initiatives, measurable programs, and impactful solutions that address real-world needs. Execution reflects our commitment to follow through, deliver results, and ensure that compassion is not only felt, but demonstrated through meaningful outcomes.
These fundamental principles are vital to individual growth, community advancement, and creating legacy.
Our global force travels nationally and internationally to provide assistance during natural disasters by assisting communities in restoration through services and historical documentation. We promote education in the arts, media and other forms of expression to develop catalogs of historical documentation and mapping for the future generations to gain knowledge for building upon the legacies left before them. We strive to empower individuals through partnership and comradery to cultivate unity and community engagement. Our work spans across cultural, economic, and geographic boundaries to create community assets.
Our strategic partnerships, community-invested programs, and a people-focused approach ensures the foundation continues to exemplify the heart of Mr. Charles: a legacy of service that memorializes the past, serves the needs of our present, and cultivates a thriving future.
